The following deferment form is to be used to defer loans administered by UTHSC-H. For Stafford loans, please contact your lender to obtain the appropriate document.

If your financial situation meets the requirements for cancellation, as described on your promissory note, you may begin the cancellation process by completing the UAS Perkins Loan Cancellation form; only for canceling Perkins services.
