Bachelor of Science Program
1. To be considered in good standing and making satisfactory academic progress for financial aid, a student must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or greater.
A student will immediately become ineligible for financial aid when his/her cumulative grade point average drops below 2.0 at the end of any term (trimester/semester).
2. The standard time frame for completion of a degree is 65 credit hours.
The maximum time frame for completion of the degree for financial aid eligibility will be 98 credit hours of attempted coursework.
3. A grade of "I" (Incomplete) or a course withdrawal (drop) will be counted
in the number of hours of attempted coursework and therefore will count toward the maximum number of hours attempted for financial aid eligibility.
4. A grade of "I" (Incomplete) will not impact eligibility for financial aid if a passing grade for that course is earned and replaced on the transcript
records during the following semester or the very next semester the course
is offered.
5. A student regains eligibility for financial aid when the student has reattained the minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.0 and is
within the maximum time frame for completion of the degree.
6. Each financial aid applicant's academic progress will be officially verified
at the end of each term, prior to disbursement for the upcoming term.
Master of Science Program
1. To be considered in good standing and making satisfactory academic progress for financial aid, a student must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or greater.
2. A student will immediately become ineligible for financial aid when his/her cumulative grade point average drops below 3.0 at the end of any term (trimester/semester).
3. The standard time frame for completion of a degree and the maximum
time frame for completion of the degree for financial aid eligibility will be based on the number of credit hours in the degree program and the number
of credit hours of attempted coursework, as follows:

Doctor of Science Program
1. To be considered in good standing and making satisfactory academic progress for financial aid, a student must receive a grade of "P" (Pass) in all courses attempted for the semester.A student who receives a grade of "F" (Fail) will immediately become ineligible for financial aid.
2. The standard time frame for completion of a degree is 65 credit hours. The maximum time frame for completion of the degree for financial aid eligibility will be 99 credit hours of attempted coursework.
3. A grade of "I" (Incomplete), "W" (Withdrawal), or "X" (In Progress) will be counted in the number of hours of attempted coursework and therefore will count toward the maximum number of hours attempted for financial aid eligibility.
4. A grade of "I" (Incomplete) will not impact eligibility for financial aid if a passing grade for that course is earned and replaced on the transcript records during the following semester or the very next semester the course is offered.
